Next to each review is a "Report Abuse" button. It can be used by any user, including a doctor, who believes that an express review is incorrect or contrary to the Terms and Conditions. This report is sent to the moderator, who contacts the author of the review requesting a detailed description of the situation in question, as well as information about the time and place of the visit. The author of the review has seven days to send us his explanations. If these are sent, the procedure goes on and the explanations are forwarded to the person whose abuse is reported. In any case, if the author of such a statement does not take a position regarding the reported abuse, then the review is deleted from the portal, as there is no possibility of verifying its veracity. This procedure is motivated by the interest in the authenticity of the statements published and aims to prevent the publication of untrue content on the portal.

If, for any reason, you wish to delete a review that has already been published, register or log in to your OkDoctor account (making sure that your phone number is present in the account), enter the doctor's profile and below your review you will find the two Edit / Delete buttons. Click Delete to delete your review. If you do not see the two buttons, please write to us at info@okdoctor.ro reporting the problem encountered.

Above all, make sure that the email address provided is the one used during registration. Then use the password recovery feature. You will receive further instructions by email, which will allow you to log in.

At any time you can change the number of stars you have given to a doctor. Remember, after changing the number of stars you have to click on the "Edit review" button. As soon as your case has been checked by our moderator, you will receive a message.
